Rookie Hawks 2010 YSBA Rookieball Champions!

The Upper Canada Signs & Graphics Rookieball #1 Hawks went into the YSBA playoffs with high hopes and did not disappoint. With five straight wins, the Hawks became the 2010 YSBA Senior Rookie Champions.

The Newmarket Rookie Hawks won the YSBA Championship in Vaughan, finishing the tournament undefeated with a 5-0 record...and capping off a memorable season.  
#1 amongst all 180 teams playing the YSBA this season. 

  • 2010 YSBA Rookieball Champions w/ 5-0 Record in YSBA Playoffs
  • 19-1 record in YSBA league-play (1st place finish amongst 11 York Simcoe Rookieball Teams)
    • Only 29 runs-against in 20 games (1st amongst 180 teams - across ALL age groups/divisions)
    • Over 285 runs-scored in 20 games (2nd amongst 180 teams - across ALL age groups/divisions)
  • 17-1 record in tournaments w/ 3 Tournament Championships
  • 42-2 record overall
  • First ever Newmarket Rookieball team to be classified as AAA for the OBAs
