Nominations are now being accepted for Player of the Year, Pitcher of the Year, Team of the Year, Coach of the Year for House League, Select and Rep! Awards will be handed out at the Newmarket Baseball Awards Ceremony on October 8, 2025
The Newmarket Baseball Association (NBA) annually and proudly recognizes outstanding individuals, volunteers, and teams at the House League, Select and Rep/Elite levels. Award winners for the 2025 season will be honoured at the Newmarket Baseball Awards Ceremony on October 8, 2025.
The nomination period will be open from now through August 31, 2025.

FRANK HOLLINGSWORTH MEMORIAL AWARDS
For these special NBA Awards, all players from 10U to 15U (house league/select/rep/elite) are eligible. Winners exemplify the attributes most admired by Frank, namely good sportsmanship, dedication to the team and the game of baseball, and perseverance irrespective of natural ability.
Note: The NBA WES GREEN EXCELLENCE IN UMPIRE AWARDS will be selected by the NBA Vice-President of Rules of Play & Umpiring in consultation with the NBA executive management committee and will be awarded at the AGM.

Note: The William Wallace Memorial Award for Good Sportsmanship
This is a special award created in memory of William Wallace. "William found himself on many losing teams in his baseball career with the NBA but his enthusiasm for the game and his teammates never wavered" . This award will be given to a player of the last place team within the 15U division as nominated by the coach of that team.
