Congratulations! Another Successful Year!

The Newmarket Baseball Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday October 9, 2014.  

Thank you for all members who made it out to hear reports from our executive, congratulate individual players and teams for their successes throughout the season and to vote in the new executive for the 2015 season!

A special congratulations to the following players and teams who were acknowledged at the event.

The Wes Green Award - honoring excellence in umpiring:
Matt Hundert - Junior
Cam Lees - Intermediate
Sam Sproule - Senior

The Hollingsworth Award - honoring excellent sportsmanship and love of the game:
Ryan Kitawaga - Mosquito
David Adamson - Peewee
Dylan Thompson-Iordanou - Bantam

A special recognition was given to Sam Heider who is recovering from a broken leg following an accident on his way to his game.

Select Team Awards for finishing first in their season and qualifying for the Select Ontario Baseball Association Provincial Finals:
