The Newmarket Baseball Annual General Meeting will take place on October 13th at 7PM. Due to capacity restrictions there will be limited seating available. The AGM will also be broadcast live for all members to attend virtually through a Zoom Meeting.

Please note all participants aged 12+ must be fully vaccinated to attend the AGM. All participants will be required to wear masks and social distance. All participants are also required to provide a name and phone number for contract tracing purposes.
Due to restrictions, there will not be refreshments or snacks this year.
