9U Two Week Development Program
All 9U teams will begin the season with a Two Week Development Program prior to games being scheduled.
All teams are scheduled to be at George Richardson park on each Monday and Wednesday from July 5th to 14th. Regular season games and practices will begin the week of July 19th.
Teams will stay together as a group and will social distance from all other groups. Parents may stay and watch but
must practice social distancing and wear a mask when conversing with other parents, coaches or volunteers.
5 Groups
Each Group consists of 11-12
registered NBA players together on one team plus
1-2 NBA Youth Coaches, 1 Coach, 1-
2 Assistant coaches
Timing:
6:30PM start
• 10-minute Throwing
warm up
• 10-min full body warm up
• Rotate through 5 stations
switching every 20
minutes
