Dress Code Policy
This Policy is applicable to NBA Rep and Select Teams only.
The NBA Executive Committee has sole responsibility for setting and enforcing a policy pertaining to acceptable uniforms and an appropriate dress code. This policy is outlined below.

Uniforms
Teams may only use uniforms that are approved by the NBA. The style, colour, and supplier of NBA Uniforms will be approved each year by the NBA Executive Committee, and as recommended by the Uniform Director.
Under no circumstances will any NBA team use any other uniform(s) for OBA or YSBA sanctioned games (regular season, exhibition, or tournament) or for any out-of-province tournaments, unless granted approval to do so by the NBA Executive Committee. Failure to abide by this policy will result in discipline being taken against the Team Manager and Coaches, in keeping with the NBA Discipline Policy

Dress Code
For all for OBA or YSBA sanctioned games (regular season, exhibition, or tournament) or for any out-of-province tournament games, all NBA teams shall abide by the following Dress Code policy.

Uniforms used by the team must be approved for use by the NBA Executive Committee.

All Players, managers and coaches arriving at the diamond for a game must be in full uniform prior to the start of the game.

As it pertains to optional team apparel, such as Jackets, Hats, T-Shirts, or Warm-up Pants, when a team decides to purchase optional apparel for its players, only apparel that has been approved by the NBA may be purchased, and purchased only from an approved NBA supplier.

Under no circumstances will the NBA logo be applied to any apparel that is not approved for use by the NBA Executive Committee.

Under no circumstances will non-approved apparel be worn at, or during any OBA or YSBA sanctioned games (regular season, exhibition, or tournament), or any out-of-province tournament games.

At all times, up to the end of the each game, all team players must be in uniform.
Failure to abide by this policy will result in discipline being taken against the Team Manager and Coaches, in keeping with the NBA Discipline Policy.
