ROOKIE BALL RULES

Rookie Players please note the new rules, effective July 1, 2011: Runners that now overrun 2nd & 3rd base can be tagged out. Umpire shall call time once a batter ball is returned to the baseline. There are no defensive coached in the outfield. One ball is to be used, not five.
