Expanded Off-Season Baseball Training Programs – More Dates, More Options!

Newmarket Baseball is thrilled to announce our 2025-26 Indoor Baseball Training Programs — bigger and better than ever! This season, we’ve designed a training schedule that offers more opportunities, more variety, and more age-appropriate development to keep players engaged, active, and building their skills all winter long.
Here’s what’s new and improved for this year:

  • More Dome Sessions at the Newmarket Soccer Club Facility: Last year, we ran just 4 sessions at the Newmarket Soccer Dome. This year, we’ve expanded to 21 full Dome sessions — giving players of all ages the chance to practice on a large, professional-quality surface.
  • More Gym Nights: We’ve grown from 18 gym sessions to 22 structured indoor gym sessions at a local school — providing consistent, accessible training for families across the community.
  • Expanded Pitching Development: For players moving into 11U, 13U, 15U, and 18U, our Dome programs now include targeted pitching and throwing instruction to help athletes gain confidence on the mound and build the foundation to support their House League and Rep teams in the spring.
  • Programs for All Ages: From beginner-friendly Friday FUNdamentals (7U/9U) at Glen Cedar Public School (915 Wayne Dr, Newmarket, ON L3Y 2W9), to skill-building Saturdays at the Newmarket Soccer Dome for ages 4–8 and beginner to competitive development program for ages 9–17, there’s a training path for everyone.
Whether your child is picking up a bat for the first time or sharpening advanced skills, our programs are built around fun, structure, and progression. Players will enjoy focused instruction, small group drills, and game-like activities — all in a supportive, team-first environment.
Key Locations:
  • Newmarket Soccer Dome (621 Newpark Blvd, Newmarket, ON L3X 2S2)
  • Glen Cedar Public School (915 Wayne Dr, Newmarket, ON L3Y 2W9)

👉 Each child must be registered separately. Families are encouraged to register for multiple programs to maximize skill development and flexibility.
We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another off-season of baseball, learning, and fun. Let’s keep the momentum going into 2026!

This program is for older players (ages 9–17) who want to stay connected to baseball during the off-season. Players are grouped by age and skill level, ensuring everyone gets a good mix of activity and fun. Sessions include hitting, throwing, fielding, and pitching training — giving players a chance to keep sharp and enjoy baseball before spring.

 Pitching Development Focus:
The 8–10 PM program will dedicate significant time to pitching instruction and practice. For kids moving into 11U, this is an excellent chance to learn new pitching skills and build confidence on the mound — something that can make a big difference for their house league team next season. For players in 13U, 15U, and 18U who are serious about pitching, these sessions provide a structured opportunity to work on mechanics, control, and consistency in a supportive environment.
